By accessing our website or placing an order with Maha, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

Continuing a suitable haircare routine beyond 90 days may form part of ongoing maintenance, but individual results will vary.

8. Prices

All prices displayed on the Maha website are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at checkout before the order is submitted.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed separately at checkout.

Maha reserves the right to correct genuine pricing or product-information errors.

If a material error affects an order, we may contact you before fulfilment or cancel the affected order and refund any payment received for the affected product.

9. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is subject to successful payment and product availability.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, material pricing errors or unavailable products.

If Maha cancels an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

Our current national shipping fee is R85.

Orders of R500 or more qualify for free national shipping, subject to applicable promotional terms.
